BitToolsKit
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information BitToolsKit (bittoolskit.com) collects, how it is used and the choices you have. By using the website you agree to the practices described here.
Tool input
BitToolsKit tools run in your browser. The text, JSON, tokens and other values you enter into a tool are processed on your device by JavaScript and are not sent to the BitToolsKit server by the tools themselves. We do not store or read your tool input. As a general habit, avoid pasting passwords, private keys or other confidential data into any online tool.
Information we collect
- Contact form: if you write to us, we receive the name, email address and message you submit. We use it only to read and reply to your message.
- Site search: if you use the search box, the words you search for are sent to our server so the results can be shown.
- Server logs: like most websites, our hosting server may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of the request. This is used for security, troubleshooting and keeping the site running.
- Cookies: the site uses essential cookies, for example to keep forms secure and to keep administrators signed in. These do not identify you personally.
How we use information
We use the information above to operate and secure the website, respond to messages, fix problems and improve the tools and guides. We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising and third-party cookies
BitToolsKit may display advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and other third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on a user's previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also visit aboutads.info to opt out of personalized advertising from participating third-party vendors.
Where the law requires it, for example for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we will ask for your consent before using cookies for advertising.
Analytics
If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and why.
Sharing of information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited information with our hosting provider, which stores the website and its logs, or when required by law. Third-party advertising providers, if enabled, handle data as described in their own privacy policies.
Data retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and are then deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited period.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you by emailing info@bittoolskit.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work properly without essential cookies.
Children's privacy
BitToolsKit is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
